Let's remember to always smile when at the airport!

Let's take a trip, anywhere you want to go. Make sure you pack right and don't forget to look nice you'll be on tv. Biometric screening, or facial recognition is tightening up this year. As you know facial recognition works by having your face scanned at various points, checkpoints throughout the airport. More automated systems are aimed to reduce wait times and enhance security by stream ling screening process. Major airlines will adopt new changes.

TSA and CLEAR are rolling out biometric electronic gates at major U.S. airports (e.g., Atlanta, Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C.) as part of pilot programs.

Biometric data is limited to live facial images, enrollment ID photos, and identity information; gates do not access watchlists or override TSA decisions.

Programs are opt-in for CLEAR Plus members, with TSA emphasizing passenger choice in participation. So, this is the new future of traveling where you can guarantee that if you're coming out of a bathroom or walking to stop and eat your face will be snapped at before you leave the airport.
